Kayaking Outing

Bent River Outfitter has been a great supporter of United Way! From sponsoring a Human Foosball court to donating in-kind packages for Fire & Ice, they take an active role in assisting United Way in its mission to improve people’s lives. Bent River also generously supports many other nonprofits throughout the area. We are excited for the opportunity to go kayaking with them!
The Blue Earth is Bent River’s flagship tour typically recommended for beginner paddlers and recreational groups. Beginning at the Rapidan Dam, this 9-mile stretch of river is filled with lots of wildlife, large landmarks and beautiful waterfalls, including Triple Falls. The Blue Earth tour will end at the County Road 90 bridge.
- Meet at CR 90 Bridge at 4:30pm.
- Kayak, paddle and life jacket will be provided by Bent River.
- The trip will begin at Rapidan Dam and end at CR 90 Bridge by Mount Kato.
- Scott Weilage's double-decker bus will take us to Rapidan Dam.
- Waiver form required.
