United Way Kicks Off Campaign in St. Peter, Waseca

The public is invited to Greater Mankato Area United Way’s regional kickoffs for the 2018 campaign in Waseca (Aug. 23) and St. Peter (Aug. 29).

 

United Way’s 2018 campaign goal is $2,050,000.

 

Both kickoffs are free and open to the public. The events include a short program with remarks from United Way, area businesses and nonprofit agencies.

 

WASECA KICKOFF:

12 to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, August 23 at the Public Safety Building, sponsored by Roundbank. Free lunch provided by El Molino, with water by Culligan of Waseca. In 2018, United Way will be supporting 34 programs serving Waseca County residents.

 

ST PETER KICKOFF:

12 to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, August 29 at the new St. Peter High School, sponsored by CCFBank. Free lunch provided. In 2018, United Way will be supporting 46 programs serving Nicollet County residents.
